Tourists in Indonesia ignored
instructions to flee an erupting volcano so they could continue taking
photos, the country’s disaster agency has said.
Mount Barujari, part of the Mount Rinjani National Park on the island of Lombok, erupted without warning last Tuesday, ejecting a column of ash two kilometres into the sky that subsequently delayed flights to and from nearby Bali.
