Gateway of India - The Gateway of India is a magnificent monument which is located towards the water front on the southern side of Mumbai. The Gateway of India is the landmark building of Mumbai and holds an important position in the city. The monument has been constructed using the Indo-Saracenic style and material used is the yellow basalt and reinforced concrete. I could explore that one of the most sought after Mumbai Activities was to visit this place and any tourist who comes to this buzzing city feels his trip incomplete if they do not visit Gateway of India.

Mani Bhawan – this is the abode of Mahatma Gandhi. He stayed here from 1917 to 1934 for seventeen years. At present it has been converted into the Gandhi museum. This building is a three storey Gujarati style designed building; it has a full-fledged library which displays more than 20,000 books and you also have a photo exhibition regarding the life of Mahatma Gandhi. The best Recreational activities in Mumbai are to spin the Charkha which gives us the feeling of the Gandhian era.
